Terms of Use
Last updated: placeholder — update before launch
These are simple guidelines for using Speak Indigenous. They are not formal legal terms. A complete terms document will be published before the app launches publicly.
Respectful use
Speak Indigenous exists to support Cree language learning and revitalization. Please use the platform respectfully — toward other learners, teachers, Elders, and the language itself.
Language content
Cree language content in the app may be provided by fluent speakers, teachers, Elders, or community partners. This content is shared for learning purposes and should be treated with care and cultural respect.
No misuse of content
Do not copy, scrape, redistribute, or misuse app content for commercial purposes without permission. Do not use the platform to harass others or post harmful material.
Accounts and access
When accounts become available, you are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may update features, pause access for maintenance, or remove accounts that violate these guidelines.
Changes and feedback
We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised guidelines. We welcome constructive feedback to help improve the experience for everyone.
